Volunteer Schedule
By now, you should have met with your Team to confirm your dates of service and review expectations. Please review the Volunteer Schedule and make sure that you are listed for the correct days/times. If you have not heard from your Team Lead, please email mykfm12@gmail.com and we will help connect you.
Volunteer Pep Rally
All Volunteers are asked to join us for a final meeting, our Annual Volunteer Pep Rally. Bishop Brown will provide final instructions and inspiration to launch us officially into our Conference. The Pep Rally will be on Sunday, July 30th at 7pm via Zoom.

During the Conference
On the days that you are scheduled to serve, please arrive by 8:15am for Morning Workshops and 6:15pm for Evening Service.
The first day you arrive, please check in at the Pre-Registration Table to receive your badge and t-shirt. The t-shirts are our gift to you. Please note that if you did not sign up prior to the cutoff date, we may not have a shirt for you.
Badges MUST BE worn at all times when serving. Security will be provided by the Florence Police Department and they are instructed to remove anyone without a badge from restricted areas. Team Leads will be identified by a Staff Badge and can help answer any questions you may have.
Volunteer Lounge
We have provided a lounge space for you to rest in between sessions. There will be light refreshments available for you. Please do not hang out in the lounge during service. Children are not allowed in the lounge without adult supervision and they should not linger longer than absolutely necessary. Please do not eat the food in the hotel dining area if you are not a registered guest of Staybridge. These meals are for Staybridge hotel residents only and doing so without paying is considered theft. We will have multiple food options (free and paid) for you. If you have a need or concern, please speak to any Team Lead for assistance.
Let’s Celebrate
We will close the weekend with our annual picnic on Sunday at 11am to celebrate and thank all volunteers. Please RSVP here if you plan to join us.
