To be a fellowship that adds real value and real relationships to the goals and objectives of leaders whose calling is inside or outside the church.
To see leaders within the Body of Christ vitally connected and significantly competent in fulfilling the great commission committed to their trust.
I. The Bible is the plenary verbally inspired word of the eternal God. It is the source book of doctrine, conduct and experience for all mankind. Consequently it is the basis for the structure and order of the church on every level.
II. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Head of the universal Church and the Chief Shepherd of every local church.
III. The Lord Jesus Christ gave apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to the universal Church to equip the saints for the work of serving, which will qualitatively and quantitatively edify the Body of Christ.
IV. The local church is the hub of Christian ministry.
V. All believers, including all ministers, should have a wholesome, personal relationship and commitment to some local church.
VI. The local pastor is senior officer, under Christ, in the local church.
VII. All other five-fold ministries and congregational officers are subordinate to the pastor in regards to his or her local church.
VIII. All Christian ministries, itinerant and stationary, “church and para-church”, must be respected, appreciated, and supported.
IX. There has always been an apostolic network of churches and ministries. These networks consist of ministers and ministries, all unique in their own right, who have a common identity either with some apostolic minister and/or with some apostolic mandate.
X. Apostolic networking provides covenant relationships (camaraderie), accountability, confirmation, encouragement, credibility, correction, counsel, covering, and corporate strength for its constituency.
XI. There must be interdependence, a spirit of “mutuality” within the Body of Christ on every level: personal, interpersonal, local, regional, national, and international.
